Gemstones & Rudraksha

Sourced to order and supplied with a laboratory report. We do not list prices, because no two stones are the same — tell us what you are looking for and we will quote for the specific stone.

Not sure which one is for you? That depends on your own birth chart rather than on a list — which is exactly what a reading is for. Those lines say what each item is traditionally worn for; they are not claims about what will happen, and nothing here is medical, financial or legal advice.

Rudraksha

Seeds counted by mukhi — the natural faces running down the bead. One to nine match the nine planets (thegrahas), in the same order as the gemstones above; ten and above are linked to deities instead. Beads from Nepal are bigger and cost more than ones from Java; both are real. Above about eight faces you cannot count them reliably by eye, which is what the laboratory report is for.

A guide showing what rudraksha beads look like from one to thirteen mukhi, plus Ganesh and Gauri Shankar beads — examples of each count, not photographs of a specific bead
