12 Mukhi Rudraksha
Barah Mukhi · बारह मुखी · Dwadash MukhiSun (Surya)
Twelve faces, for the twelve Adityas. Linked to the Sun, which appears at both 1 and 12.
What it is
Twelve clefts. ⚠️ The Sun appears twice in this family: at 1 mukhi and again here. That is the classical arrangement, not a mistake in our listing.
What the classical texts associate with it
- confidence in public
- standing in your work
These are traditional associations recorded in the classical literature. They are not claims about what will happen, and nothing here is medical, financial or legal advice.
Certification
Supplied with a report on origin and bead authenticity. Rudraksha is a seed, so no two are identical: shape, size and surface vary, and the faces (mukhi) are counted on the bead you receive.
Choosing the right one
Sold singly. Scarce; a genuine bead at this count is a sourcing question before it is a price question.
Looking after it
- Keep dry where possible; wipe with a soft cloth.
- Oil occasionally with a drop of mustard or olive oil to stop the bead drying out.
- Remove before bathing with soap or shampoo.
Ask about this
We do not list a price, because no two are the same. Tell us what you are after and we will source it and quote for the specific piece — with its report.
