1. Description of Service

BNN Astrosage provides astrological content, charts, reports, and AI-augmented predictive data via our digital sanctuary. Use of the service is for entertainment and advisory purposes only. You agree to provide accurate registration data and maintain the currency of your celestial profile.

We additionally list gemstones, rudraksha and related items under Products. Those pages are an invitation to enquire and not an offer. We publish no prices and make no representation that any item is in stock. Nothing in this catalogue is sold, ordered or paid for through this website. Any supply happens only under a separate written quotation that we send you and that you accept, and that quotation — not this website — sets the price, the specification and the delivery terms of that particular item.

2. Eligibility & Registration

The Services are restricted to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Minors (under 18 years of age) are not permitted to use the sanctuary. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Refund, Cancellation & Regional Promotions

• Digital Services: Refunds are considered if requested within 2 hours of payment — including any pricing or regional-promotion concerns — and only if no reading or service has been accessed/availed.
• Wallet/Credits: Credit balances are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased.
• Usage: No refunds are provided once a reading or consultation sequence has been initiated, regardless of the perceived outcome.
• Regional Promotional Codes: Certain promotional codes are limited to specific countries or regions and are validated at redemption using your IP address and, where configured, your payment card's country of issue. Codes applicable to you will be displayed on the offers page and at checkout. The standard list price applies when no qualifying code is presented.
• Physical Items: Gemstones, rudraksha and other physical items are not covered by the digital-service rules above. They are supplied under a separate written quotation and are governed by section 13, together with any statutory rights you have in your own country, which nothing here limits.
• Currency Conversion at Checkout: List prices on this site are shown in U.S. dollars. Buyers outside the United States may be offered the option to pay in their local currency on the payment page. When that option is used, the exchange rate displayed at the moment of payment — including any conversion fee — is set by our payment processor and applies to the transaction. Your card-issuing bank may additionally apply its own foreign-transaction fee; any such issuer fee is outside our control.

4. Subscription Plans

• A fixed term, paid once: A plan is a prepaid term of a stated length — currently three months or twelve months. You pay once, at the start. It does not renew automatically. We do not store your card for future charges, no recurring charge is scheduled, and there is nothing to cancel. When the term ends it simply stops. We email you approximately fourteen days beforehand so the date does not take you by surprise; if you wish to continue, you start a new term yourself.
• Monthly questions do not accumulate: Your plan adds a stated number of questions to your balance each month. Unused plan questions are not carried forward into the following month's allowance — the plan tops your balance up to the monthly amount rather than stacking on top of it, so a plan cannot be saved up and spent all at once. To be clear about what this does not mean: nothing is removed from your account. Questions you purchased separately are unaffected, and any balance you hold remains yours until you use it.
• What the plan delivers: Each month of an active term, you receive your monthly questions and a written forecast prepared from your own birth chart. A forecast requires your birth details — date, time and place of birth. If we do not hold them we cannot prepare one; in that case we will ask you for them and that month is not counted against your term, so nothing is lost while the details are missing.
• When the term ends: Monthly forecasts stop and no further questions are added. Any balance remaining in your account stays there and continues to be usable. Access to previously delivered forecasts and readings is unaffected.
• Refunds: The refund terms in Section 3 above apply to plans in the same way as to credit purchases. Because a plan begins delivering immediately, a term on which a forecast has already been issued or a plan question already used is treated as availed.
• Payment method in India: Plans purchased from India are processed through our Indian payment provider, which accepts UPI, net banking, wallets, and domestic debit and credit cards. This is so Indian buyers pay the Indian price without an international processing surcharge being added to it.

5. AI Training Prohibition

BY ACCESSING THIS WEBSITE, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM UTILIZING ANY CONTENT, DATA, OR MATERIALS FOR THE PURPOSE OF TRAINING OR DEVELOPING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) MODELS OR MACHINE LEARNING ALGORITHMS. This includes automated or manual scraping, data extraction, or copying of our proprietary predictive logic. Violation of this clause will result in immediate termination and legal action.

6. Behavior & Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Resell or make commercial use of the reports without express written consent.
• Interfere with other members' enjoyment of the sanctuary.
• Transmit any unlawful, harassing, libelous, or harmful material of any kind.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our internal planetary processing engines.

7. Nature of the Service — Not Professional Advice

BNN Astrosage is provided for entertainment and personal-guidance purposes only. Astrology is an interpretive art. The results of any reading, chat answer, horoscope, or reply are not guaranteed, and nothing produced by the Services is a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

Readings may touch on health, money, relationships, career, or travel. They are interpretive commentary, not diagnosis, treatment, legal counsel, or investment guidance. Do not delay, disregard, or alter medical treatment, legal action, or a financial decision on the basis of anything you read here. If you have a health concern consult a qualified physician; for legal or financial matters consult a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.

Predictions are generated with the assistance of automated and AI systems working from the birth details you supply. Automated output can be incomplete or wrong. You remain solely responsible for any decision you take.

A gemstone, rudraksha or other item is not a medicine, a medical device, or a treatment. Where our pages describe what classical astrological texts associate with an item, that is a description of a tradition and not a claim that the item has any physical, medical, psychological, financial or other effect. We do not promise any outcome from wearing or possessing anything, and no item should be used in place of advice or treatment from a qualified professional.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND WITH ALL FAULTS. BNN ASTROSAGE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ASTROLOGY IS AN INTERPRETIVE ART; ACCURACY OF PREDICTIONS IS NOT GUARANTEED.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL BNN ASTROSAGE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE ACTION, OR (B) $100.

10. Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of this agreement shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with applicable governing laws. Both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate legal authority for any legal proceedings related to this sanctuary.

11. Email Communications & Marketing Consent

By creating an account with BNN Astrosage, you expressly consent to receive two categories of email from us:

• Transactional emails (always sent): account confirmation, receipts, reading replies, password resets, and service-critical notices. You cannot opt out of these while your account is active.
• Promotional emails (optional): occasional offers, feature updates, referral bonuses, astrology insights, and event announcements. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every promotional email or by writing to support@bnnastrosage.com. Unsubscribing from promotional email does not affect transactional email delivery.

All email is sent from support@bnnastrosage.com or noreply@bnnastrosage.com. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties. Your preferences are honoured within one business day of receipt.

12. Security & Data Integrity

While BNN Astrosage implements industry-standard security measures, you acknowledge that no digital platform is entirely immune to malicious interference. BNN ASTROSAGE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, THEFT, EXPOSURE, OR COMPROMISE OF DATA ARISING FROM CYBER-ATTACKS, HACKING, UNAUTHORIZED PORTAL ACCESS, SERVER BREACHES, OR ANY OTHER SIMILAR MALICIOUS INCIDENTS. You agree to use the sanctuary at your own risk and hold BNN Astrosage harmless in the event of any security failure or breach caused by third-party actors.

13. Gemstones, Rudraksha & Physical Items

This section applies to any physical item we may supply. It does not create an obligation to supply anything.

• No sale on this website. Product pages are an invitation to enquire. No price is published, no stock is reserved, and no order can be placed or paid for here. A supply happens only if we send you a written quotation and you accept it; that quotation governs price, specification, delivery and payment for that item.
• A quotation is not open-ended. Each item is individual, so a quotation covers that specific item at that specific time and lapses if it is not accepted within the period it states, or if the item is no longer available.
• Natural variation. Gemstones and rudraksha are natural objects. Colour, tone, inclusions, grain, size and weight vary between individual items and from any photograph, illustration or sample shown on this website. Images on our pages are illustrative of a type and are not photographs of the item you will receive unless we tell you so in the quotation.
• No outcome is promised. Nothing we supply is a medicine, a medical device or a treatment, and we make no claim that any item produces any physical, medical, psychological, financial or other result. Descriptions of what classical texts associate with an item are descriptions of a tradition. See section 7.
• Certification. Where a laboratory report or certificate accompanies an item, it is the report of that independent laboratory and we pass it on as received. We do not ourselves certify identity, origin, treatment or grade, and a certificate is not a warranty of value or of resale price.
• Suitability is advisory. Any suggestion about which item suits you is astrological opinion of the kind described in section 7. You are responsible for your own decision to acquire anything.
• Delivery, title and risk. Delivery dates given in a quotation are estimates. Title and risk pass on delivery to the address you give us. Import duties, customs charges and local taxes are yours to pay, and a shipment delayed or seized by a customs authority is outside our control.
• Returns. If an item arrives damaged, or is not the item described in the quotation, tell us within 7 days of delivery and return it unworn and in its original packaging with any certificate; we will replace it or refund it. We cannot accept a return of an item that has been worn, altered, drilled, set, cut, polished, energised or otherwise changed, because its condition can no longer be established. Nothing in this paragraph limits any statutory right you have in your own country.
• Dissatisfaction with results is not a defect. Because no outcome is promised, a return cannot be made on the basis that an item did not produce an expected effect.
• Liability. Section 9 applies to physical items as it does to the rest of the Services.

14. Remedial Guidance

This section applies to any remedy suggested to you, including the remedial guidance offered in a consultation.

• What a remedy is. A remedy is a practical suggestion drawn from the astrological tradition and your chart — for example a mantra, a prayer, an act of charity, a change of routine, or an item to wear. It is astrological opinion of the kind described in section 7.
• No outcome is promised. We make no claim that any remedy produces any physical, medical, psychological, financial or other result. Results are not guaranteed.
• Not a substitute for professional help. A remedy is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice or treatment. Do not delay, replace or change any treatment, medication or professional advice because of a remedy.
• Your choice, at your own cost. Following any suggestion is entirely up to you, and any cost of following it is yours. You are never required to buy anything from us to follow a remedy. If you choose to obtain a gemstone, rudraksha or other item from us, section 13 applies.
• Use your own judgement. Do not follow any suggestion that could harm your health, your safety, your finances or anyone else, or that goes against the advice of your doctor or the law where you live — for example, do not fast or change your diet against medical advice. If a suggestion seems unsafe for you, do not follow it, and tell us.
• Refunds. Remedial guidance is part of the service it is given in, and the refund rules in section 3 apply to it. Because no outcome is promised, a refund cannot be claimed on the basis that a remedy did not produce an expected result.
