1. Description of Service
BNN Astrology provides astrological content, charts, reports, and AI-augmented predictive data via our digital sanctuary. Use of the service is for entertainment and advisory purposes only. You agree to provide accurate registration data and maintain the currency of your celestial profile.
2. Eligibility & Registration
The Services are restricted to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Minors (under 18 years of age) are not permitted to use the sanctuary. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Refund & Cancellation
- Digital Services: Refunds are only considered if requested within 2 hours of payment and only if no reading or service has been accessed/availed.
- Wallet/Credits: Credit balances are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased.
- Usage: No refunds are provided once a reading or consultation sequence has been initiated, regardless of the perceived outcome.
4. AI Training Prohibition
BY ACCESSING THIS WEBSITE, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM UTILIZING ANY CONTENT, DATA, OR MATERIALS FOR THE PURPOSE OF TRAINING OR DEVELOPING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) MODELS OR MACHINE LEARNING ALGORITHMS. This includes automated or manual scraping, data extraction, or copying of our proprietary predictive logic. Violation of this clause will result in immediate termination and legal action.
5. Behavior & Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Resell or make commercial use of the reports without express written consent.
- Interfere with other members' enjoyment of the sanctuary.
- Transmit any unlawful, harassing, libelous, or harmful material of any kind.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our internal planetary processing engines.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND WITH ALL FAULTS. BNN ASTROLOGY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ASTROLOGY IS AN INTERPRETIVE ART; ACCURACY OF PREDICTIONS IS NOT GUARANTEED.
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL BNN ASTROLOGY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE ACTION, OR (B) $100.
8. Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of this agreement shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with applicable governing laws. Both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate legal authority for any legal proceedings related to this sanctuary.
9. Security & Data Integrity
While BNN Astrology implements industry-standard security measures, you acknowledge that no digital platform is entirely immune to malicious interference. BNN ASTROLOGY AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, THEFT, EXPOSURE, OR COMPROMISE OF DATA ARISING FROM CYBER-ATTACKS, HACKING, UNAUTHORIZED PORTAL ACCESS, SERVER BREACHES, OR ANY OTHER SIMILAR MALICIOUS INCIDENTS. You agree to use the sanctuary at your own risk and hold BNN Astrology harmless in the event of any security failure or breach caused by third-party actors.
