During membership registration, BNN Astrosage collects personal information including your name, gender, birth information, email address, and your place of birth and residence. This information is critical to calculate your accurate horoscope and planetary positions.

When you interact with the BNN sanctuary, we may collect non-personal action data. This includes IP addresses to diagnose server issues, demographic data (such as global traffic origin), browser types, and screen resolutions. This data is used solely to enhance sanctuary performance and personalize your journey.

7. Admin Review for Support & Refunds

BNN Astrosage administrators may review your chat conversations and reading questions when materially needed — for example, when you submit a refund request from within the chat interface, when troubleshooting a technical issue you have raised with support, or when periodically auditing answer quality. Our legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in providing reliable customer support together with the performance of the service contract with you. Access is strictly limited to authorised staff and is exercised only to the extent needed for the specific support task at hand.

Every administrator decision that affects your account — granting a refund, denying a refund, or adjusting your credit balance — is recorded in an append-only audit log retained for the operational lifetime of your account. Upon account deletion, audit entries referencing your account are anonymised within 30 days.

Your rights. You may request a copy of audit entries that reference your account by emailing support@bnnastrosage.com with the subject line “Audit request”. You may withdraw consent for chat data storage at any time by emailing the same address with the subject line “Withdraw chat consent” — your chat history will be deleted within the time frames described in Section 5 above. If you reside in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, India, or any other jurisdiction with a data-protection supervisory authority, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with that authority — for example, the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or the India Data Protection Board under the DPDP Act, 2023.
