Delete your BNN Astrosage account

This permanently deletes your account and the personal information linked to it, on the website and in the BNN Astrosage Android app. It cannot be undone.

What is deleted

• Your account, your sign-in and your sign-in history
• Your birth details and saved charts, including copies our team made to answer your questions
• Your questions, the readings you asked for, your Astro Live chats, and our replies to them
• Your credits, any plan, and referral earnings not yet paid to you
• Our records of the emails we sent you, and the phone number or email you gave on our free tools, if you used this email there

We also ask the service we use to check reading quality to delete its copies of your readings.

What we keep, and for how long

• If you paid us: a record of each payment you made — the amount, currency, date, payment reference and any note on it (for payments made before 2026, the amount and date) — together with your name, email address, the countries you signed up and last signed in from, and the date you joined. Tax law requires a record of every sale. We keep it for up to 8 years. (Accounts from our 2025 service count as paying if they have any money record at all, because those older records do not say whether a payment was made.)
• A record of any checkout you started or that failed — the amount and the date — without your email. If a checkout became a payment, it carries the same payment reference as the payment record we keep.
• If we already paid you a referral reward, the record of that payment (amount, date, payment reference and any note on it, such as the account it was paid to) stays for tax, together with the same details.
• If a friend referred you and earned a reward from your purchase, their record of that reward stays.
• If you received our free welcome credit: a one-way code made from your email address — and one made from your birth details, if you asked for an In-depth Answer (not in Astro Live) — so the free credit cannot be claimed again by deleting and re-joining. The codes are not your address or details, and we use them only for that check. They are deleted 12 months after your account is deleted.
• Records of actions our team took on your account, such as a refund, and a note that an account was deleted on this date — with any notes about you removed. If we keep a record of your payments, these stay linked to it.
• Anonymous records of page visits (which page was opened, and from which city). Any that held your email are deleted; the rest no longer point to you.
• Stripe and Cashfree, who process our payments, keep their own records of your payments, as the law requires them to. Our email provider keeps copies of the emails it delivered for a short time.

How to delete your account

1. Sign in to BNN Astrosage, on the website or in the Android app.
2. Open Account → Delete Account (this page). On a phone, Account is inside the menu (☰).
3. Type DELETE and press “Email me the link to finish”.
4. Open the email from support@bnnastrosage.com and press “Open the delete page”.
5. Press “Delete my account permanently”. Your account is deleted straight away.
